| Description | The Board of Directors of Geo Energy Resources Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 14 April 2014 were duly passed at the AGM held today. Mr Soh Chun Bin, who was re-elected as a Director of the Company at the AGM, shall remain as a member of the Audit Committee and the Board considers him to be independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The initial public offering of the Company's shares was sponsored by Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. (the "Issue Manager").
