DISCLOSURE ON REMUNERATION
Principle 9: Each company should provide clear disclosure of its remuneration policy, level and mix of
remuneration, and the procedure for setting remuneration, in the company’s annual report.
It should provide disclosure in relation to its remuneration policies to enable investors to
understand the link between remuneration paid to directors and key executives, and
performance.
The level and mix of remuneration paid or payable to the directors and key executives for FY2012 are set out as
follows:–

The aggregate remuneration (including CPF contributions thereon and bonus) of employees (excluding the above
key executives) who are related to the directors, substantial shareholders and controlling shareholders of the
Company is S$454,450. Save for the above key executives, there was no employee of the Group who was an
immediate family member of a director or the Chief Executive Officer, whose remuneration exceeded S$150,000
during FY2012.
Currently, the Company has not implemented any employee share schemes.
